
FastCare is Docto's workplace injury management solution, working with workers, managers, employers, injury management services and insurers to ensure early treatment and minimal lost work time.
FastCare provides same-day telehealth consultations with doctors who specialise in the management and certification of workplace injuries. We focus on what workers can do in the context of their injury, tailoring evaluations and certificates to support modified duties. FastCare includes access to physiotherapists, mental health support and specialists, promoting faster recovery while reducing downtime, claims costs and workplace disruption.



Bill injured his back while lifting boxes at work. Within two hours, his injury management team booked a FastCare video consultation. Using his smartphone, Bill joined the consultation via a secure SMS link, where a doctor clinically assessed his injury and prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. He was referred to physiotherapy at his nearest clinic and certified for modified duties for 5 days, with a return to full duties on day 6.
Bill's certificate of capacity was emailed to him and his referrer and made available for download via the referrer dashboard. He was also provided a direct communication channel with his treating FastCare physician in case his condition changed.
Jane injured her right shoulder while closing a heavy door. Within 45 minutes of the incident, her injury management team booked a FastCare video consultation. Jane joined the consultation via a secure email link, and her manager participated remotely from another location.
The physician assessed Jane's shoulder for bruising, swelling, and range of movement. She was diagnosed with a provisional rotator cuff injury and referred for a diagnostic ultrasound and physiotherapy. Jane was certified for modified duties for 5 days.
