Dr Lochlin Brown

Dr Lochlin Brown was awarded Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor or Surgery in 2003 and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2012.
He completed a post graduate fellowship in hip and knee surgery at the world renowned Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, under the guidance of Mr. Colin Howie (2015 President of the British Orthopaedic Association). He was experience in complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery, computer assisted surgery and minimally invasive techniques. Dr Brown has extensive experience in knee surgery including replacement, arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage transplant.
Dr Brown practices in both the public and private sector. He is employed as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the Gold Coast University Hospital and works privately at Gold Coast Private Hospital. He is actively involved in the training of junior medical staff, nursing staff and medical students.
